A 19-year-old boy Bhuvan Chandra Joshi was killed in the village of Uttrakhand by a group of locals after he was found harassing a 14-year-old girl along with his two friends. Bhuwan died while undergoing treatment in the local medical faculty. The other two men - Kailash Singh and Lalit Singh were also beaten brutally by the villagers. while Kailash is undergoing treatment in the local hospital, Lalit had managed to escape from the situation. Bhuwan's brother Govind Joshi registered an F.I.R in the police station.
