Bhuwan Chandra Joshi case: A 19 year old boy killed for harassing a 14 year old girl
A 19-year-old boy Bhuvan Chandra Joshi was killed in the village of Uttrakhand by a group of locals after he was found harassing a 14-year-old girl along with his two friends.
Bhuwan died while undergoing treatment in the local medical faculty.
The other two men - Kailash Singh and Lalit Singh were also beaten brutally by the villagers. while Kailash is undergoing treatment in the local hospital, Lalit had managed to escape from the situation.
Bhuwan's brother Govind Joshi registered an F.I.R in the police station.
After this incident, a protest was held in the Numaise khet area, the protesters demanded immediate action against those accused of killing the youth

Some people who live in Uttrakhand are claiming on social media that the age of the girl was 16, also they are saying that Bhuwan had a call recording on his phone which clearly says that the girl called him to meet at that place. And when they were caught together she immediately blamed it on him.
